AgTech Demo Day - Moreton Bay

We’re happy to be supporting our friends at the Food and Agribusiness Network (FAN) in their rollout of the AgTech Uptake Program in the Moreton Bay region. The AgTech Uptake Program is supported by funding from AgriFutures Australia.

Interested in showcasing your solution to an engaged group of producers from the Moreton Bay region (and beyond).... sign up for the upcoming Moreton Bay Demo Day Wednesday 7 September.
The aim of the day is to connect our local producers and agribusiness community with new-to-market or innovative solutions based on needs identified as part of the wider AgTech Uptake Program. The Demo Day will feature:
- Displays and demos from 8-10 innovative solution providers
- Panel and Q&A sessions with special guest speakers
- Beers and Banter Networking session
- Estimated 50 - 60 attendees per day
Key sectors / farming focus for FAN Members include:
- Peri-urban
- Small scale (both hort / multi-species)
- Regenerative
- Natural sequencing
- Organic
- Syntropic
- Larger horticulture (e.g pineapples, berries, ginger, tropical fruits, macadamias)
- Natural capital
Specific solutions requested by FAN Members include (but not limited to)
o A.I. weed detection
o Drone for spraying of biology, biodynamics
o Methane Tower
o Sensors (all types)
o Cattle counters in paddock
o Cattle weighing in paddock
o Soil testing apps
o Carbon testing apps
o Water quality / contamination detection
o DNA testing to detect fauna in water ways
