Digital Leap Mentoring Program

Digital Leap Mentoring Program

A Game-changing Opportunity for Moreton Bay Businesses to Get Ahead through Tech Adoption

In a world where technology is constantly evolving, staying ahead isn't just an advantage, it's a necessity. For small and medium enterprises, embracing technology is the cornerstone of growth and success. However, for those who don’t know where to start, taking the leap can be daunting.

“Australian small businesses appear to get uncomfortable when thinking too much about technology adoption and the change it may bring to their business,” said Joseph Lyons, Managing Director, Xero, Australia and Asia.

That’s why we’re excited to announce today an upcoming mentoring program focusing on technology adoption in Moreton Bay - Digital Leap.

We are looking for small businesses in the Moreton Bay region who would like to implement new technologies into their day-to-day operations, but just aren’t sure how to begin.

In this three-month long program, we will connect you with experts, resources and events to support your business into taking the digital leap.

By participating in this program, you will:

● Receive 3 months of 1-on-1 mentoring with a business expert, carefully selected to help fulfil your specific business needs

● Identify, develop and carry out an individualised plan for technology adoption alongside your mentor

● Gain access to extensive technology adoption and mentoring content

● Network with other small businesses and experts in the Moreton Bay region

● Be supported throughout the program and your mentoring relationship by the Humble team

Participants will also have the opportunity to work with one of the experienced mentors, such as:

Omer Yezdani (Chief Data Officer, USC)

Omer is recognised across Australian higher education and a leader in innovation and an authority on the deployment of data analytics strategies and practices to drive change.

Lawrence Kahn (Google Chrome Lead, Australia and NZ)

Lawrence has over eight years of experience in the Cloud industry, working with Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services. He has enabled customers across various sectors to build and scale their products and businesses on the Cloud, delivering value and impact for their stakeholders.

Ash Ivory (Product Advisor – Ivory Common)

Ash Ivory is quietly causing a stir in the product world, and ‘product world’ really means Meanjin. When Ash isn’t shuffling product ideas into reality, it’s hard to say what you’ll find Ash doing, but it’s likely to be tech-related in some way.

Paul Milford (Centre of Excellence (CoE) Lead – Telstra)

Responsible for the discovery and validation of current, emerging, and future technologies and their innovative application in Customer Solutions including the transition to scale.

Daniel Nixon (Director and CEO – Stratic Business Solutions)

Daniel is a dynamic leader with a multifaceted background in governance, operations, finance and entrepreneurship, leveraging technology to drive exceptional results in high-pressure environments.

Peter Bonarrigo (Manager Technology Services (CIO) – City of Moreton Bay)

Peter is a versatile technology strategist, driving successful transformations and optimizing IT landscapes for private, government, and not-for-profit organisations.
