Game Enough? is an initiative of a Murawin Pty Ltd. a majority Indigenous-owned company founded by Dunghutti woman, Carol Vale and her partner Greg McKenzie.
Game Enough? is a multi-dimensional business specialising in Australian game meats and bush flavoured foods. The components of their business include catering, food trailer, wholesale products, retail shop and gift hampers. They believe that through their business not only are they providing delicious native flavoured inspired food that is also nutritious, but they get to showcase Aboriginal culture through their products and see them as a modern expression of an ancient past.
Game Enough? has a fundamental commitment to providing employment opportunities to Indigenous people as a means of breaking cycles of welfare dependency, particularly in the areas of food manufacture, onsite cooking, customer service and delivery. They have created an extensive range of unique products that they hope will become more accessible to the broader community including a street-food line that they deliver through their food trailer. They believe their food has the potential to become widespread mainstream items that contribute significantly to a greater appreciation of Australia's game meat and native food sectors.
