What is Ignite+?

Advance Queensland is launching a new initiative called Ignite+ to support innovative startups and scaleups in Queensland. The program is designed to provide bespoke and tailored business support to help founders expand their commercial skills and grow their businesses. The first cohort of Ignite+ will begin in February 2023, and participation is by invitation-only, with companies that have previously received Advance Queensland funding or taken part in an Advance Queensland program being eligible.

What's involved?

Participants of the program will receive access to tailored mentoring from industry experts, comprehensive business assessment to help define priorities, professional development in areas such as sales, marketing, branding, investment attraction, and global markets. They will also have the opportunity to participate in virtual workshops and join a network of like-minded peers, as well as make connections with corporate, government, investors, and other strategic ecosystem networks.

When is Ignite+ running?

The current cohort of Ignite+ will run between February and October 2023. The program will also include several in-person ecosystem events that will be open to the innovation community. Anyone interested in participating in these events can subscribe to Advance Queensland News to be notified when they open for registration.

The bigger picture

Ignite+ is an Advance Queensland initiative being delivered by the Advisory Board Centre. It is part of a larger effort to support Queensland's high-growth potential startups and scaleups to grow and succeed.
