BUILD is the Innovate Moreton Bay workshop series. Four sessions. Real tools. Expert facilitators who have built companies, not just studied them.
Every workshop is designed around a tangible output. You will not leave with a notebook full of ideas you never act on. You will leave with something you can use tomorrow.
Sessions run for approximately three hours online, with a maximum of 20 participants. Small groups mean honest conversations, live practice, and feedback that actually lands.
Each workshop covers a different capability area: funding strategy, pitching, global inspiration, and emerging technology. Attend one session or all four.
Early-stage founders, startups, and growth businesses in the City of Moreton Bay and beyond. Sessions are open to the public. Tickets are $50 per session plus GST.

In this session you will work through the Queensland investment landscape, explore the types of capital available at each stage, and leave with a draft capital strategy you can act on immediately.

Most founders know their business. Far fewer can communicate it in a way that lands with an investor, a partner, or a room full of strangers. This session closes that gap.
You will work through the anatomy of a strong pitch, develop your vision statement and narrative structure, and practice live in front of facilitators and peers who will tell you exactly what is and is not working.
