Up to 10 founders or early-stage companies will be selected to participate in the Moreton Bay Startup Lab: Cohort 1, a high-commitment incubator delivered as part of the Innovate Moreton Bay program.
The Lab supports founders who have moved beyond pure idea speculation and are ready to test real problems, build evidence, and make disciplined decisions about what to build next.
This is not an events series.
It is not theory-heavy.
And it is not about chasing hype.
It is structured, practical, and designed for founders who are ready to do the work.
Through hands-on coaching, peer accountability, and evidence-led experimentation, founders test real problems, validate solutions, and graduate with clarity, traction, and confidence to grow in the City of Moreton Bay.
Duration: 9-months from March - November 2026
Time commitment: Minimum 4 hours per week
Format: Mix of in-person and online
Location: Primarily North Lakes (Digital Studio / co-working), with online session
