Intellectual Property
- The Organiser collects business and personal information in order to conduct the event. Information provided by you will be handled in accordance with the Organiser’s privacy policy.
- Information may be disclosed by the Organiser for the purposes of conducting the event. The Organiser may disclose information provided by the Participant for the purposes of promotion of the event - including but not limited to Business Ideas, names, upcoming events, funding.
- Information provided and disclosed in relation to the event is at the discretion of the Participant. The event is a public event and information disclosed is deemed public disclosure. Non-disclosure is not automatically entered by Organisers, Participants, or event attendees. Event Organiser and attendees are not bound confidentiality and may disclose information provided for the purposes of the event without written consent of the disclosing party.
- It is the responsibility of the Participant to arrange and enter any non-disclosure and/or confidentiality with any party separate to the event.
Event Purpose
- The purpose of the event is to showcase innovative businesses.
- The event is not a gathering of parties to provide ‘business introduction’ for the purposes of financial acquisition, including enticing investors to purchase or obtain securities in a company. The event does not constitute endorsement for/promotion of investment opportunities or financial product advice.
- The Organiser does not assess or represent the financial position of any event attendees. It is the responsibility of the Participate to assess eligibility and appropriateness of prospective financier.
- The Organiser provides no commitment to the Participant for activities or engagements other than the delivery of the event, including, but not limited to, future promotion, networking, procurement, partnership, joint venture and/or investment. All non-event activities and discussions are independent to the event.
